GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 

  1. Introductory Provisions 1.1 These terms and conditions govern the participation in the conference International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the „Conference“) organized by AMEPRA, s.r.o., ID: 26473071, Španělská 1073/10 120 00 Prague 2,
    Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“). 1.2 By registering for the Conference, the participant agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. Registration and Data Modification 2.1 Participation in the Conference is conditional upon proper registration via the online form on the Conference website. 2.2 The participant is required to provide accurate and truthful information. 2.3 The Organizer is not responsible for errors in registration due to incorrect information provided.
  3. Fees and Payment Terms 3.1 The participation fee for the Conference is listed on the Conference website. 3.2 Payment must be made via bank transfer to the Organizer’s account or by any other method indicated during registration. 3.3 The Organizer reserves the right to change the fee in the event of unforeseen cost changes.
  4. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
    • Before June 30, 2025: The participant is entitled to a 100 % refund of the paid amount, minus an administrative fee of EUR 50.
    • From July 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025: The participant is entitled to a 50 % refund of the paid amount.
    • After September 1, 2025: No refund will be issued.
  5. Changes to the Program and Responsibility 5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program, date, or location of the Conference. 5.2 The Organizer is not responsible for the cancellation of the Conference due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, natural disasters, etc.
  6. Data Protection 6.1 The Organizer is committed to protecting participants‘ personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. 6.2 Detailed information on the processing of personal data is provided in a separate document titled „Data Protection Information.“
  7. Final Provisions 7.1 These terms and conditions come into effect upon their publication. 7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, with participants being informed via the Conference website.
