COMPLAINTS POLICY

International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 

  1. General Provisions 1.1 These complaints terms regulate the procedure for submitting complaints related to participation in the conference International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the „Conference“), organized by AMEPRA, s.r.o., ID: 234 730 71, Španělská 1073/10 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic  (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“). 1.2 Any participant in the Conference who believes that the services provided did not comply with the terms outlined in the general terms and conditions may file a complaint.
  2. Registration and Participation Complaints 2.1 If the participant notices any discrepancies in their registration, they must promptly contact the Organizer via the email address info@amepra.cz. 2.2 Complaints regarding the course of the Conference itself must be submitted in writing no later than 7 days after the event’s conclusion.
  3. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
    • Before June 30, 2025: The participant is entitled to a 100 % refund of the paid amount, minus an administrative fee of EUR 50.
    • From July 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025: The participant is entitled to a 50 % refund of the paid amount.
    • After September 1, 2025: No refund will be issued.
  4. Procedure for Filing a Complaint 4.1 Complaints must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s email, stating the reason and all relevant details. 4.2 The Organizer commits to resolving the complaint within 30 days of receipt. 4.3 If the complaint is deemed valid, the Organizer will propose an appropriate compensation.
  5. Final Provisions 5.1 These complaints terms are valid from the date of their publication. 5.2 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms, with participants being informed via the Conference website.
