General Provisions 1.1 This document provides information regarding the processing of personal data of participants in the conference International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the „Conference“), organized by AMEPRA, s.r.o., ID: 26473071, Španělská 1073/10 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“). 1.2 The Organizer processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
  2. Data We Collect 2.1 The Organizer processes the following personal data of participants: – Full name – Contact details (email, phone) – Billing information (address, company registration number, VAT number – if applicable) – Information about participation in the Conference

Purpose of Data Processing 3.1 Personal data is processed for the following purposes: – Registration and administration of participation in the Conference – Communication with participants regarding event organization – Issuance of invoices and accounting records – Sending information about future events (if consent is granted by the participant)
