DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 

  1. General Provisions 1.1 These terms regulate the payment and delivery of services related to participation in the conference International Hearing Voices Congress 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the „Conference“), organized by Amepra (hereinafter referred to as the „Organizer“). 1.2 By registering for the Conference, the participant agrees to these delivery and payment terms.
  2. Payment Terms 2.1 The participation fee for the Conference is listed on the Conference website and includes all costs associated with organizing the event. 2.2 Payment can be made by the following methods: – Bank transfer to the Organizer’s account – Payment card via the online payment gateway – Invoice (only for organizations upon prior arrangement)
    2.3 Upon receipt of payment, the participant will receive a registration confirmation and a tax document. 2.4 The participant is required to pay the registration fee by the due date indicated on the invoice.
  3. Delivery Terms 3.1 After successful registration and payment, the participant will receive a registration confirmation sent to the provided email address. 3.2 For an online conference, access details will be sent no later than 24 hours before the event begins. 3.3 For a physical conference, the participant will receive identification materials (e.g., name badge, entry pass) on-site.
  4. Cancellation Policy and Refunds
    • Before June 30, 2025: The participant is entitled to a 100 % refund of the paid amount, minus an administrative fee of EUR 50.
    • From July 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025: The participant is entitled to a 50 % refund of the paid amount.
    • After September 1, 2025: No refund will be issued.

  6. Online payments are provided for us by the payment gateway Comgate. The service provider, Comgate a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank.
